MoveMaster began in 2009 with two vehicles, four people and a stubborn belief that a household move should not feel like a gamble. The industry we entered was full of quotations that changed on moving day, crews hired that morning, and goods that arrived with damage nobody would take responsibility for.

We built the opposite. Salaried, police-verified crews rather than casual labour. A written quotation after a proper survey, honoured on the day. GPS in every vehicle so a customer never has to ask where their things are. And a single named coordinator who owns the move from the first phone call to the last carton.

Fifteen years later that has grown into nine branches, 240 vehicles, five of our own warehouses and a team of more than 600 people. The principles have not moved.
